Welcome to Inspirit Ubud. You are staying in a special place that we, our team, and our community call home. These guidelines are in place to ensure that every guest can enjoy a peaceful, safe, and harmonious experience while respecting the tranquil nature of our sanctuary and the local Balinese culture.
For a Peaceful & Respectful Stay
Our villas are designed as sanctuaries for peace, connection, and tranquility. To maintain this atmosphere for you, your fellow guests, and our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules.
1. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM We are part of a serene local community that values its peace. Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM. Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted during these hours.
Please Note: A community fine of 2,500k Rp will be applied for breaking this rule.
2. Guests & Visitors Each villa is prepared for the number of guests stated on your reservation. Any additional visitors must be approved by management in advance. An extra charge of $15 per person, per night, will apply for any un-registered guests. The maximum occupancy for each villa must be respected.
3. No Parties or Events To ensure a tranquil environment for all, we do not permit parties, large gatherings, or events at the villas.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: Between 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Checkout: Before 10:00 AM Please adhere to these times so our team can prepare the villa perfectly for you and our next guests.
5. Smoking: Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas of the villas. We kindly ask that you use the ashtrays provided and refrain from smoking inside the bedrooms to ensure the comfort of future guests.
6. Pets: As much as we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at our villas.
Living in Harmony with Nature
Choosing to stay with us is an invitation to experience the authentic beauty of Bali. Our open and semi-open homes mean you will be sharing the space with nature.
Wildlife: You will undoubtedly encounter geckos (tokay), ants, mosquitoes, and other insects. They are a harmless and integral part of the tropical ecosystem.
A Few Tips:
To prevent insects from entering the bedrooms, please keep the doors closed, especially at night.
Turn off lights in rooms when not in use, as light attracts insects.
To avoid ants, please store all food in the refrigerator or in sealed containers.
